This matcha is truly bitter—not the kind that’s just “one drop of matcha flavoring” 🌿✨ 🏠 Shop Name: Midori Tea House 📍 Address: 450 W Broad St #120, Falls Church, VA 22046 I ordered a Red Bean Matcha—the sweetness level is really low. Even with less sugar, it still had a slight bitter kick… and I loved it! 😍 What’s more, each cup seems to be hand-whisked right on the spot 🥢🌀, not some pre-mixed powder from a machine. So authentic and fresh! Their soft serve matcha ice cream is also worth trying—creamy, smooth, and not too heavy 🍦💚 Heads up: the shop is pretty small, and on weekends it can get crowded.
