DMV Food Find|Another Solid Chinese Spot in VA! 🥢✨

Lately, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by some great Chinese food finds in Virginia—beyond the newer spots like RH Bistro, Chef Tan, and 1983, I recently discovered Lotus Garden , a restaurant that’s been around for over a decade! It specializes in Cantonese cuisine but offers a bit of everything—and some dishes are truly worth trying! 🥡 🍤 Lotus Signature Stir-Fry Highly recommend this signature dish! The shrimp and scallops are super fresh, and the lotus root strips are wonderfully soft and chewy—so delicious! A must-order! 👍 🍆 Satay Eggplant with Beef Short Rib A seasonal special—really tasty! The beef is tender, and the eggplant is full of flavor—I especially loved the eggplant! 🍖 🍜 Beef Noodle Soup A friend recommended this, but it didn’t blow me away. The noodles have a nice handmade texture, and the broth is decent, but it didn’t stand out. I still prefer thinner noodles. If you like hand-pulled noodles, their knife-shaved noodles might be worth a try! 🍲 👥 Other Dishes Friends Recommend: • Salt & Pepper Pork Chops • Stir-Fried Rice Noodles • Dry-Fried String Beans 📍 Lotus Garden 224 Maple Ave W, Vienna, VA 22180 Have you been to Lotus Garden?
