DMV Has Live Crawfish! 🦞🙌🏼

As soon as early autumn hit, I’ve been craving crawfish like crazy! A friend recommended a Cajun-style crawfish spot in Falls Church run by a Cantonese owner—specializing in garlic butter crawfish and mussels. Called the restaurant and found out their crawfish are flown in daily from New Orleans! 🦞✈️ The crawfish meat was pretty good—firm and tender—though some were definitely on the smaller side (❌ say no to underage crawfish labor 😂). We got the Medium spice level, which honestly wasn’t very spicy (even I, a Cantonese spice lightweight, could handle it 🌶️). But the mussels!! SO PLUMP AND JUICY! Absolutely delicious!! Surprisingly good—each bite was fresh, tender, and full of ocean flavor.
