They said it’s a bit spicy, but I just found it super fragrant! 🍜🔥 2️⃣ Honey-Glazed Quail – Quail meat is a bit firmer than pigeon, and the dipping sauce is a game-changer: lemon juice with pepper salt and sriracha! The owner came over specially to recommend this way of eating – so good! 🍯🐦 Perfect for those who love sweet-glazed dishes. 3️⃣ Crispy Seafood Noodles – Super wok-hei (wok breath)!
