🍺Located near the Borghese Gallery and close to the fountain, this restaurant is very convenient to reach. 🦞Must-try Lobster Pasta! The noodles are cooked perfectly—soft and tender, not undercooked at all—each strand coated in a rich sauce. It comes with half a lobster and a large claw, both sweet and springy. 🥬The cherry tomatoes inside are a delightful surprise, bursting with a sweet and tangy flavor that adds depth to the dish! 🍕 Pizza Recommended by the Staff The center features a whole fried burrata cheese—creamy, rich, and incredibly smooth. 🍔The pizza is baked in a traditional wood-fired oven, giving it a subtle smoky aroma, and the crust has a wonderful wheat fragrance. Absolutely perfect! 🐙 Octopus Tentacles: Tender and pleasantly chewy, not tough at all. The potatoes served with it are seasoned with herbs, making them aromatic and flavorful. Their ham also looked very tempting, but unfortunately, they were out of melon that day, so we couldn’t try the classic ham and melon combination. 📍 Name: Al Forno della Soffitta📍 Address: Via Piave, 62, 00187 Roma RM, Italy #RomeFood #RomeTravel #ItalianCuisine
