Eat Here in Rome! Lobster Pasta & Pizza Are Amazing!

This restaurant is near Villa Borghese Gallery and not far from the fountains—totally worth a visit! It fits the taste of us Chinese food lovers perfectly. 🦞🍝 Lobster Pasta (Must-Order!) The pasta is chewy and never undercooked, coated in rich sauce. It also comes with half a lobster’s meat plus a big claw. The soul of the dish? The cherry tomatoes inside—sweet and tangy, such a nice surprise when you bite into them! 🍕 Pizza We asked the waiter to recommend one, and he picked a pizza with fried burrata in the middle—it’s rich and creamy! The pizza is wood-fired, with a smoky charcoal flavor, and you can taste the wheatiness of the dough when you chew. Absolute perfect pizza! 🐙 Octopus Tentacles They’re bouncy yet tender—no tough bites at all! The accompanying potatoes have a nice herb flavor too. The prosciutto here looked delicious too, but we wanted prosciutto with melon, and they had no melon that day, so we skipped it. Two of us ate for just over €60—super affordable! We kept exclaiming “this is so good” from the first bite, and we were still talking about how delicious it was even after we left the restaurant. Hahaha! 📍 Restaurant Name: Al Forno della Soffitta 📍 Address: Via Piave, 62, 00187 Roma RM, Italy #Rome #RomeFood #RomePasta #ItalianFood #ItalianRestaurants #RomeTravel #ItalianCuisine
