It seems like Chicagoans may no longer need to travel to Los Angele s to experience Erewhon and their viral Hailey Bieber smoothie. It all started when Erewhon shared an Instagram carousel featuring several maps of major cities , including Chicago, among others. The luxury grocery chain posted with the caption, “A Taste of Erewhon Shipping to Your City. Coming soon.” It doesn’t appear that Erewhon will be opening a physical store . Instead, they may plan to set up a ghost kitchen in these cities to offer fresher items, similar to what they announced for New York City in early September through Uber Eats and Postmates.
