Final Chapter of Restaurant Week|Bistronomic 🍽️✨
This was my last stop for Chicago Restaurant Week, and honestly — the best in terms of flavor! 😍 The décor is classic, with a vintage European vibe, and though it gets a little dim in the evening, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. 🍴 Restaurant Week Menu Highlights: 🥩 Tartare – Absolutely outstanding! Tartare is common during Restaurant Week, but theirs is my favorite in Chicago so far — highly, highly recommend! 👏 That day we had salmon tartare (it changes daily, so you might get a different protein). 🧀 Cheese Sandwich – For cheese lovers only! This is an extra item — a pure cheese sandwich without any other fillings. If you adore cheese, give it a try. 🥓 Homemade Terrine of the Day Not my favorite 😅 It reminded me of basic canned luncheon meat… wouldn’t order again. 🐟 Fish of the Day – Also salmon when we went. The skin was perfectly crispy, and the sides + sauce brought out wonderful flavors in the fish. 🍖 Butcher of the Day – We had lamb, and wow — so tender, rich, and flavorful! Fall-off-the-bone delicious and seriously satisfying. 😋❤️ 🍫 Desserts: Chocolate Bar: Just okay, nothing special. Griotte Cherry Diplomate: More interesting with layered texture and flavors — a nice finish! Overall, Bistronomic won me over with its inventive tartare, solid mains, and cozy vibe. A strong finish to Restaurant Week! 🎉 #ChicagoRestaurantWeek #Bistronomic #FrenchFood #ChicagoEats #FoodReview #TartareLover
