Finally Arrived in Atlanta...
Ever since getting on the plane, I’ve been a bit picky about food—what I can eat mostly depends on what I can manage to order in English 🥲. The drive from the airport to the hotel gave me a glimpse of the American countryside, which felt oddly familiar, almost like home... yet different. Maybe it was the novelty, but there was something rustic yet intriguingly foreign about it. Downtown’s skyscrapers screamed American—exactly like what you see in the movies! I’ve often heard people say Chinese cities use tall buildings as landmarks, but it turns out the U.S. does too... Survived on burgers and fries all day (apparently fries are the default side here 🍔🍟), and honestly, I’m already getting tired of them—not to mention feeling a bit “heaty.” Once in a while is fine, but eating this every day? Absolutely not sustainable. Hoping to explore more local and diverse food options soon—my taste buds need a break! 🌮🥗 #AtlantaDiaries #TravelThoughts #AmericanFood #CultureAdjustment #FirstImpressions #SkyscraperViews #TravelEats #AtlantaArrival #FoodFatigue #ExploringUSA
