The Madison Night Market is back — and for the first time ever, I found a stall selling grilled lamb skewers! One bite and I was instantly transported back to night markets in China 😭🍡✨ 【Lamb Skewers】🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 OH. MY. GOD. 😱 These were absolutely INCREDIBLE! Tender, juicy, perfectly grilled with just the right amount of fat… and zero gaminess 👌🔥. That familiar aroma, the dim lighting, the chatter around me — it felt like a little piece of home right here in Madison. 【Roujiamo (Chinese Burger)】🌟🌟 The meat was flavorful and moist, and the “mo” bread was flakier than I expected. But here’s the twist — they added BBQ sauce 🍖🤔… yeah, the American kind. Not exactly traditional, but still pretty tasty!
