Mariposa means "butterfly" in Spanish 🦋, and there’s a giant butterfly sculpture at the entrance! The full name of the restaurant is Mariposa Latin Inspired Grill, located in #Sedona, #Arizona. It was the absolute gem of our trip! 🏆 In 2024, it was named one of the top 100 most romantic restaurants in the U.S.—perfect for a date night or a special travel stop. 💖 You can choose to sit inside or outside—both offer absolutely stunning views! 🌄 Reservations are recommended. We booked just half an hour ahead for a Monday lunch. Although it’s a fine dining restaurant, the dress code is resort casual—jeans and shorts are okay, just avoid anything too athletic or overly casual. 👖✨ Best of all—the food is delicious, fresh, and surprisingly affordable! 🎉 We ordered a whiskey sour, a ceviche packed with shrimp 🍤, a beef burger 🍔, and incredibly fresh fish tacos 🌮.
