Even on a Wednesday noon, the line was long but moved quickly. Besides their daily offerings, they have a rotating special menu and make sandwiches and paninis using their popular fresh-baked bread 🥪. ✨ Best part? They have a free sample window where you can try 1-2 varieties — even after paying! The staff cuts generous slices and even spreads butter for you 🧈. When I mentioned I was buying bread for hiking, the girl at the counter enthusiastically recommended several options and cut fresh samples for me. Each piece was huge, warm, and felt like a full portion — so generous! ✨ Cranberry Walnut Sourdough I ended up buying this — absolutely incredible! Perfect for breakfast or as hiking fuel. Similar to Costco’s famous version but 1.5x bigger and with more artisan charm 😍. Packed with locally sourced cranberries (tangy and juicy!) and crunchy walnuts. The sourdough fermentation aroma was divine — I even got up at night to sneak a bite!
