Had the Best Thai Food of My Life in Chicago 😭🇹🇭

📍 Tuk Tuk Thai Isan Street Food 🦐 Talay Pad Pong Karee: The star of the night! This Thai-style curry was packed with shrimp and squid, rich and creamy with a hint of coconut. Unlike typical curries, it also had scrambled egg mixed in—so fragrant! I couldn’t stop scooping it up, and it went perfectly with rice. A must-order!! 🍛🥄 🥩 Tiger Cry: A dish I almost always order at Thai spots. This version featured rib-eye with a tangy Thai sauce—not very spicy, more on the refreshing side. Note: the steak was well-done, and I personally prefer it more tender. Still, it was decent overall. 🌿 Kao Pad Kra Prow: Thai basil stir-fried rice. You can choose your protein—I went with chicken. The blend of spices was wonderfully aromatic and satisfying. We cleaned every plate!
