Heartwarming Mexican Food in Chicago Suburbs

Recently discovered this Mexican chain with locations in Lincolnshire, Schaumburg, and Naperville — all in the Chicago suburbs. 🏷️ Fat Rosie's Taco & Tequila Bar The decor literally feels like stepping into Coco — “The real death is when no one remembers you.” ❤️ Staff greet you with sombreros and take photos. We saw birthday celebrations with firework-decorated tequila shots (friends say it’s the best tequila they’ve tried — I didn’t taste it though). The vibe is incredibly warm and festive. Food-wise — grilled meats are a must! We tried grilled shrimp, fish, beef — all amazing, no regrets. The skirt steak was juicy and flavorful. Tacos were great too.
