Chicago New Years Rockin’ Eve schedule ------------------------------------------ Presented by the city Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE), Chicago’s New Years Rockin Eve celebration will open to the public at 5 p.m. Here’s the full schedule according to DCASE: * 5 p.m. – Gates open (Wells and Lake Street entrances) * 7 – 9 p.m. – ART on the MART Projections * 9 p.m. – Stage performances begin + DJ Mike Dunn + DJ Mike P + J.
