Didn’t expect to find another amazing restaurant so soon—this Eastern European spot just opened this summer, thanks to my food-savvy friend! Ambar 📍 700 N Clark St, Chicago, IL 60654 You can order à la carte or go for the buffet—lunch is $35, dinner $55, with unlimited tapas + one dessert per person. Highly recommend going with 4+ people so you can try every dish and dessert! We tried the dinner buffet—portions are small, so buffet is definitely the better deal are my favorites today: 🔥 Roasted Lamb 🌽 Corn Ribs 🍲 Beef Goulash 🦐 Grilled Shrimp The mussels were also excellent—flavorful and tender—just a bit too small. 🍧 Desserts: Krempita (both regular and fried) is a must-try! Seasonal Sorbet today was raspberry, passionfruit, and lemon—all refreshing and palate-cleansing.
