Himal Chuli – A Taste of Nepal on State St 🏔️✨

Tried Nepalese cuisine for the first time at this cozy spot right on State Street! The curry here is much milder compared to Indian curries — lighter in spice and richness 🥘🍛 While it was an interesting experience, the flavors weren’t really my cup of tea (to put it politely… probably won’t be back 😅) The restaurant has a humble, earthy vibe and is definitely a unique option if you’re looking to explore less common cuisines. It’s worth a visit if you enjoy subtle, aromatic dishes — but don’t expect bold or heavy spices.
