Hytra Restaurant’s Standards Are Impressive

Athens | Fine Dining Recommendation! Athens, Greece, has several Michelin-starred restaurants. On this trip, I decided to check out one of them ⭐️ for Greek cuisine, and it did not disappoint. The use of local ingredients ensures a quality meal without any risks. I recommend it to all my sisters! 💟 The menu offers à la carte options as well as a chef’s menu tasting package. We went with à la carte because we wanted the short ribs, which weren’t included . 🍞 The bread in the first picture is an additional order of appetizer bread, served with a unique butter sauce arranged in petal shapes. It’s delicious. A gentleman at the next table specifically turned around to tell us it was the most amazing bread he’d ever eaten in his life, haha. We thought it was good, but maybe he was just really hungry 😆~ 🍴 The appetizers and main courses were both decent. The appetizers were particularly impressive: one was a cheese dish, and the other was fish—quite unexpected, haha~ Each dish had layers of flavors and textures that collided in your mouth. I won’t try to describe all the ingredients; there are definitely many intricate processes involved. 🐟 For the main course, I was partial to the fish, which I remember was cod. It was very tender and refreshing, almost translucent, like a piece of jade! The steak was also good, but not mind-blowing, and the sauce it came with was quite unique. Each dish we tried, we’d take a bite and think, “Mmm, delicious!” and then quickly finish it off because the portions were on the smaller side, haha~ 🍨 The dessert, in the shape of an egg, was very good and unique. The ice cream had a creamy texture, accompanied by little icy, tangy balls. Definitely recommend ordering this! ✨ Overall, every dish was delicious. Whether you order à la carte or the tasting menu, it’s worth it. The average cost is about 100 euros. If you’re tired of the street-side, affordable Mediterranean fare while traveling in Greece and want some fine dining, this place is worth a visit. 💫 Almost forgot to mention! This restaurant has a terrace that opens in the summer, offering a view of Athens. Make sure to book a table with a view! #MichelinRestaurant #GreekCuisine #Athens #AthensMichelin #AthensRestaurantRecommendations #AthensTravel #AthensFood #GreekTravel #GreekFood #AthensDining
