Add a fried egg on top? OMG. 😍 I’ve ordered dan dan noodles all over Atlanta. Some places drown it in sauce, some serve mushy noodles — but MLBB nails it. The minced pork sauce is fragrant, savory, and just spicy enough. Mixed well, it brings out the best in the noodles. You’ll eat it in silence… and maybe order a second bowl because it’s that good.
