I heard that Haidilao in Chicago has introduced a buffet
So I decided to make this week's indulgence meal there🥰. Since I'm here, I definitely have to go for the most extensive C package (A big part of the reason is that only the C package includes drinks, and I can't live without my Diet Coke. Here are my delicious picks👉🏻 🥩 Angus Ribeye: Just look at that beautiful marbling! You can tell it's going to be so flavorful. I definitely need to order two or three servings of this. 🍖 Angus Beef Tongue: Who doesn't love the chewy texture of beef tongue? Having five or six slices in one bite is so satisfying. 🐂 Fresh Tripe: A must-have for hot pot. It's so crunchy and enjoyable to eat. 🐖 Crispy Pork Floss: Another must-have. It's crispy and fragrant. 🌱 Kelp Shoots: My favorite source of dietary fiber. They're super tender. 🫓 Fried Scallion Pancakes: Although I shouldn't be eating carbs at a buffet, these are just so fragrant and delicious. They're crispy, thin, and freshly made to order. I ended up eating three servings all by myself. What a sin🙂↕️ ⚪️ Lao Pai Tofu Pudding: I ordered this just for the heck of it, but the rich soybean flavor was surprisingly delightful. 🥖 Fried Dough Twists: These aren't the traditional ones, but they're still freshly fried and super fragrant.
