馃ォThis multi-generational family restaurant has been running for decades, with nostalgic photos covering the walls. It serves all the classic Roman dishes as well as seafood鈥攅verything on the menu is delicious. 馃ィChecco Er Carettiere 馃嵁 Pasta Recommendations:Their spaghetti is cooked quite firm (al dente). If that鈥檚 not your preference, opt for other pasta types instead.Recommended:Tagliolini con scampi freschi (fresh shrimp tagliolini) 馃嵉Spaghetti alla Carettiera (a house specialty, though it鈥檚 spaghetti) Their carbonara is also good鈥攍ess oily than others鈥攖hough I personally prefer Cantina e Cucina鈥檚 version 馃き. 馃崟 Main Courses:They offer all the classic Roman meat dishes.
