Incredible Mussels Near Rome's Train Station 😭

**Restaurant Name:** La Vecchia Conca Located near Rome's train station, it’s a bit of a walk, but trust me, the mussels here are out-of-this-world delicious! They’re the kind of dish that makes you realize every other mussel you’ve ever had was just subpar. These are incredibly fresh, sweet, and tender. On the menu, it’s listed as a starter, but we couldn’t resist finishing the entire pot and then ordering another! 🍤 Other dishes are worth considering too. The steak is decent, the pasta is fine, and the fried artichokes are quite a novelty. We also had some octopus carpaccio/salad, which was forgettable but still enjoyable. The average cost per person is around €30-40. ✨ The service is a bit underwhelming (we felt a little mistreated), and the dishes take their time to arrive, but the mussels are truly exceptional. No more words—when you’re hungry at midnight and dealing with jet lag, this place is a lifesaver! 🍔 #Rome #WhatToEatInRome #RomanCuisine
