Horrible Experience, Especially for Families
We visited this restaurant as a family with a two-year-old child, and the service was absolutely terrible.
Although the place wasn’t busy, it took over 10 minutes just to get the menu. We ordered two bruschettas, grilled cod, and ravioli. The starters came quickly, but the main courses never arrived. After over an hour, a waitress told us there was a “system issue” and our mains hadn’t been placed—yet somehow our starters made it through?
Meanwhile, tables that arrived after us were served their full meals without delay. We felt completely ignored, and it honestly seemed like we were being treated differently—selective service at best, discrimination at worst. It was humiliating and exhausting, especially with a toddler.
We had to leave without getting our mains because our child was too tired to wait any longer. On top of that, used cutlery from the starters sat on our table for over 20 minutes after they took back only the empty plates, and we asked twice for it to be cleared. Also, a bottle of water took more than 15 minutes to be brought.
We noticed other tables receiving different treatments, which made our experience even more frustrating. I wish I had taken photos or spoken to the owner, but we just needed to get out.
I hope the owner reviews the security footage to see how poorly we were treated. The excuse of a “system error” doesn’t add up—especially since we received our starters, which were part of the same order. I’ve also attached proof of payment showing we were charged for two starters and a bottle of water. The restaurant uses SumUp for processing payments, so if there’s any doubt about our visit, I can request verification from SumUp to confirm that the transaction took place at this specific location.
Avoid this place if you expect even basic courtesy....

The 'special' roasted pork with croquettes was pretty poor - frozen meal poor. 4 thin slices of pork in some weird gravy and croquettes layed on a bed of arugula. Every green garnish was arugula. We also got the special ravioli which was weird. It had a bland cheese filling with cheese sprinkled on the top and all on a bed of green sauce. It looked like it was pesto, but actually we think it was pureed, wait for it... Arugula! Service was poor. The 0.66l beer was served in a 0.4l glass, but charged as 0.66l. The waiter asked us twice how the meal was and said 'great? excellent' before we had a chance to reply. Overall a very mediocre experience.
Edit: since I can't reply to the owner's reply... Yes I did not make a mistake with the restaurant, this is the right review for the...
Read moreThe food was amazing, and the ambient is very unique. My big disappointment was to be treated with prejudice, sadly the most xenofobic experience I had in my life. I went on a Sunday rainy night, alone, and the waiter that knew me the night before, said I could not stay after asking if I was alone and have reservation, and the house was full. I asked if I could wait, he and the lady owner said no. Right behind me, a girls also without reservation got "accepted" when said that she was in 03 people, and was seated right away.
I had gone to the place the night before, also alone, and felt already weird the way they treated me comparing to other clients in next tables. Did not take of the finished dishes, ignored me when call to order something, the women were kind of avoyding me as a client. But I went back because of the food and the localization. I do not understand what happened. Is it because I'm latin? Is it because I was alone? Terrible...
