Then, hike the Portage Lakefront Trail—a short, scenic path leading to stunning views where the river meets Lake Michigan. 🚶♂️🌊 The overlook deck offers panoramic vistas, or you can descend to the quiet, sandy beach for an early swim (a great alternative if West Beach is crowded!). 🏖️ Afternoon: West Beach Water Fun Head to West Beach for the best swimming and amenities (changing rooms, showers).
