The squid rings and tentacles are cooked to different textures, adding variety to the dish! The olive oil balsamic dressing at the bottom is the soul of the dish, and it's also delicious with bread. The cold version of this dish is the Volare Signature Seafood Salad, and you can choose between the two. 2️⃣ Spaghetti with Squid Ink and Creamy Tomato Sauce 🍝 Spaghetti Neri al Pesce A must-order! The savory-sweet tomato cream sauce is incredibly fragrant!! In addition to scallops and shrimp, the sauce also contains a good amount of crab meat, making every bite a delight. The squid ink pasta has a very chewy texture, which is a hit! You can choose between this dish and the squid ink risotto. 3️⃣ Almond Semifreddo 🍮 Their most recommended desserts are tiramisu and crème brûlée. We ordered the Semifreddo, which we hadn't tried before.
