JasperNationalPark

6.3−4 in Jasper. I originally bought a package ticket that includes Maligne Lake, but was told that the boats wouldn't start operating until 6.5. So I didn't get to visit this classic attraction. We spent very little time in Jasper, yet among the four national parks, we think it's the most beautiful, more laid-back and natural. Jasper Lake Sand Dunes ☀️☀️☀️☀️🌤️ The first attraction we visited was super satisfying! After arriving at the parking lot, walk up the hillside on the right, and you'll reach the green grassy hillside, which is very refreshing and open! (Docked half a point because you need to climb a few gravel slopes) Emerald Pond ☀️☀️☀️🌤️☁️ A small lake not far away with a very blue color. You need to park at the previous parking lot in advance and walk over. Maligne Canyon ☀️☀️☁️☁️☁️ Just so-so; there are more beautiful canyons later. Maligne Lookout ☀️☀️☁️☁️☁️ Just take a quick look when passing by. Valley of the Five Lakes Trailhead ☀️☀️☀️☁️☁️ It's said that one of the lakes is very beautiful, but we gave up halfway through the walk. We really didn't want to climb the hillside (though the slopes are actually very small). Athabasca Falls ☀️☀️☀️☁️☁️ The water isn't very beautiful; just stroll around when passing by. Pyramid Lake Lodge ☀️☀️☀️☀️🌤️ Highly recommended! We stayed in a cabin in the top row, which is presumably newly built. It's much better than it looks in the photos—clean and odor-free. The restaurant is particularly new, and the breakfast is delicious. Most importantly, the scenery is great! It has its own small dock where you can rent boats and bicycles. Pyramid Island ☀️☀️☀️🌤️☁️ A small attraction near the hotel. It's super comfortable to take the dog for a walk there in the morning. #JasperNationalPark
