Highly Recommended: 🥗 Sashimi Salad – Mixed sashimi including salmon, rich and flavorful! 🦪 Baked Mussel – So delicious! Creamy egg yolk cheese sauce with fresh mussels — had two servings! 😋 🍣 Roe Nigiri – Bursting with fresh, savory roe – amazing! 🍱 Eel Nigiri – Super tender and fragrant eel – loved it! 🍢 Yakitori – Chicken edges crispy, grilled with veggies in a sweet eel-like sauce. Rare to find yakitori in AYCE! (Was hoping fo" though 😉) Hit or Miss: 🦪 Fried Oysters – Juicy when bitten, but one was a bit fishy (I'm sensitive to that). Others were good – meat was huge! 🦀 Soft Shell Crab Tempura – Batter was quite thick, but some pieces had crab roe – nice surprise! 🌙 New Moon Roll – Spicy crab, sweet mango, tangy sauce. The surf clam felt a bit tough.
