Late-Night Dining at Hotel Boulderado

🌈That night, we were wandering along Pearl Street with empty stomachs. As most restaurants had already closed, we ducked into The Corner Bar on the first floor of Hotel Boulderado. 🍒To our surprise, even at half past eleven, the bar was still buzzing with energy, filled with the enticing aroma of grilled meat. 🌈The server quickly seated us at the counter. Their signature burger lived up to its reputation—an Angus beef patty seared to a perfect crisp outside while remaining tender inside, topped with melted cheddar cheese. 🍔The accompanying fries, skin-on and rustic, carried a satisfying fragrance. We also ordered East Coast oysters, which arrived chilled and fresh from the sea. 🧀 A squeeze of lemon made the oyster flesh quiver slightly before it melted creamily on the tongue. 🍹Looking around, the space was lively with background music blending with the sounds of a sports broadcast.
