My second Restaurant Week stop in Chicago, right before it ended. 🎃 BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP – Came for the pumpkin soup… not a fan. Why add chili oil to a perfectly good pumpkin soup? 🥩 STEAK & FRITES – Felt like the best value since it’s the priciest item. Just steak + fries—the fries and dipping sauce strongly reminded me of Blue Frog 🐸 (used to go every week in college). Steak ordered medium—fine, but I’ve made better at home. 🍰 DESSERT – TIRAMISU TRES LECHES – So bad. Way too sweet—one bite and I needed ten sips of water. Funny side story: the server asked if I liked it, and I smiled and said, “No, I don’t.” She looked genuinely shocked, like she’d never heard that before 😳 I added, “It’s too sweet,” and she quickly took the out.
