OMG, where do I even begin? This was my first time ever in Chicago, and I was dreaming of a truly magical experience... and let me tell you, The Langham Hotel didn't just meet my expectations—they completely soared beyond them! 🚀 They played a HUGE part in making my first visit absolutely unforgettable! From the very first second to the final, tearful goodbye, I felt genuinely prioritized and cherished. 💖 The moment my Uber pulled up, the bellman was right there waiting for me with the warmest smile! 😊 He immediately greeted me, happily helped with my luggage, and personally guided me up to the second-floor check-in. It was such a seamless and welcoming start! Here’s where the magic really began ✨: I had an early flight and nervously asked about the possibility of an early check-in. Not only did they say "yes," but I was able to check in hours in advance! AND as a wonderful surprise, my room was UPGRADED to a beautiful room with a partial river view! 🏙️ I was already over the moon! Since it was my first time in the city, the staff gave me the most genuine and helpful recommendations on places to visit and local foods to try—they were like my personal Chicago concierge angels! 🧑🍳🇺🇸 Now, let's talk about the Expedia food credits—WOW! The credits applied perfectly to my room, and throughout my entire stay, I didn't have to pay a single dime for food! 🍽️💰 I even went a few dollars over my limit at one point, and they graciously covered it without any issue. How incredible is that?! My room was kept spotlessly clean and tidy every day. 🧼 One evening, I returned to find a personalized welcome letter and a lovely treat waiting for me—such a thoughtful surprise that truly touched my heart! 💌 The amenities were phenomenal! I absolutely loved the spa. 💆‍♀️ While I didn't get a massage this time (so much to do!), the spa itself was gorgeous. The ladies in the spa locker room were absolute angels! I realized I'd forgotten my swimsuit, and one of the attendants was so kind—she actually guided me to the nearest store so I could buy one and not miss out on the wonderful hot tub! 🛍️👙 Now THAT'S service! And the little touches! Every time I passed by, someone was offering complimentary bottled water. 💧 The hotel restaurant was also fantastic—delicious food and a beautiful ambiance. Honestly, every single person I encountered was amazing. I truly felt so welcomed, so valued... I felt like I could have asked for anything in the world, and the team would have done their best to make it happen. 🥹 Everyone was so incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful.
