Madison｜Fresh Cool Drinks – Huge & Affordable Vietnamese Rolls!

After a "workout" (aka casual gym session 😉) at Nicholas Recreation Center, we grabbed lunch from the Fresh Cool Drinks food truck near Memorial Library! 🚚💨 Ordered the Avocado Shrimp Spring Roll – Only $6 for a massive roll (so big it barely fits in one hand! 🤲). Way larger than portions at other spots like "Fresh". There was a long line—probably because they make each roll carefully (waited ~15 mins!). 📸 Snapped a photo outside University Book Store + the full menu (they also sell smoothies, but I haven’t tried them yet!).
