Fresh Cool Drinks — Restaurant in Madison

This food truck is the heart and soul of Madison locals. It is sooo incredibly good and I'm willing to wait hours (and it is sometimes hours) for this spring roll and smoothie.

The smoothies have a variety of flavors and sizes and feel like they are made fresh and not from weird juice boxes. I got the strawberry, mango, kiwi flavor. $3

The spring roll is hand made in the truck and SOO good. It is about the size of your head. I got the shrimp with medium spiced sauce (some spice that sits on the tongue but not too much where I have a hard time). I would highly recommend this food truck and if you have the time, wait. The spring roll is only $6.

Disappointing. We’re huge fans of Vietnamese rice noodle bowls and spring rolls - so got a tofu salad and chicken salad. It was fresh but didn’t have much taste. Sauce was made of sriracha and ketchup and there was barley any rice noodles in the dish. Got a guava and mango juice for $5 and asked if it was freshly made, she said yes, but it clearly was not (tasted like a Costco tropical fruit juice). The spring rolls and smoothies here are always tasty and the prices Tuy charges for her food is probably the lowest in Madison! Great quality HUGE vietnamese spring rolls and fresh smoothies. While all other food carts are mighty expensive for the quantity. And Tuy is also the sweetest lady! It is the worth the wait to eat there! Fresh cool drinks never disappoints. I don't know what most of us students would do without her...
