Madison｜Hong Kong Station – Roast Meats Platter + Popcorn Chicken!

Tried Hong Kong Station—located across from Regent St, super close to the CS building! 🏫✨ 🍱 Roast Meats Platter (~$20+) – Roast duck + char siu + white-cut chicken! The white-cut chicken was delicious—tasted just like Shanghai-style bai zhan ji (just with different dipping sauce)! 😋🍗 Roast duck was solid (hard to find on campus—maybe Mandarin Garden has it?). Char siu was standard but satisfying! Portion was huge—two of us couldn’t finish it! 🍗 Popcorn Chicken (~$15+) – Crispy fried chicken with basil leaves (so fragrant!). Better than Dagu Rice Noodle’s version, though not as good as saucy Taiwanese-style popcorn chicken. (PS: The delivery person accidentally gave our order to another table… 😅) 🥡 White-Cut Chicken Rice Bowl (~$12) – Took this home another day! Simple but tasty.
