Read moreI'd give this place a zero if I could.
My wife and I visited about a month ago and while it's your typical 'hole in the wall' restaurant, the service here is non-existent / some of the worst I've ever received.
When we arrived we actually had to step our head into the kitchen to get a menu despite having clear like of sight from the front door into said kitchen.
We made our order and then waited. And waited. And waited. We saw the same for delivery guy come and go 5 times with online orders while we sat and wait in the restaurant. We waited an hour and a half and then my order arrived. Just mine. Had we not already paid we would've left much earlier. 20 minutes after my meal arrived part of my wife's order arrived. I get that businesses get busy, especially in food service, but there was 0 communication and zero effort from the (presumed) owner / operators about why it was taking so long.
After almost two hours we finally had all of our food and left.
The food was OK but not something so special I would recommend going here or choosing over another Chinese restaurant. If ordering online I assume you have a better experience but as someone not from the area I cannot recommend this...
Read moreWords can’t express my extreme frustration and anger with this restaurant. Arrived at 11:50, placed order for 4 entrees, paid in cash, there was no food came to our table at all. I started questioning them at 12:20 why there wasn’t any food, and the guy finally gave me two of them, while the other two entrees were still no show at 12:45. My family all hungry and angry at this point, I asked for a refund for the other two items, the guy initially was very reluctant to give me my money back and still told me they were working on it. The only orders they were working on were the to-go, that was it!!! Finally I got the money back and ate McDonald’s. Your time is worth more than waiting for them, what they should have done at the first place was not to take so many orders and remind people there is a long wait, like any other restaurant would have done. What a joke and I would never be back. Ever.
Not an apology for the whole experience by the way, they didn’t care.
Picture of all the customers and to-go orders waiting for...
