Originally planned to try this place last Monday, but they were closed 😅—so we rescheduled for Saturday! Forgot to make a reservation though, so we ended up at the bar seats (still cozy!). 📍 Located on Monroe St (across from Trader Joe’s, reachable via Bus D). The ambiance is refined yet relaxed, with thoughtful decor and delicious food. ~$40 per person. Here’s what we ordered: 🍖 Maple Braised Bone-In Pork Shank ($29.50) – Basically a fancy pork hock! Fall-off-the-bone tender, sweetened with maple glaze. Served with kale and sweet potato mash—hearty and satisfying! 🐟 Wild Caught Icelandic Cod ($32.50) – Pan-seared cod with potatoes and mushrooms. Forgot the taste after one bite (oops!), but it looked elegant! 😂 🥧 Sour Orange Pie ($8.00) – Sweet, tangy, and creamy! A popular dessert here—many tables ordered it.
