Madison｜Silk Road – Incredible Central Asian Grill! 🍖

Tried Silk Road recently for pickup and loved it—so today, my friends and I decided to dine in! 🎉 Located south of Park St, the place is cozy but the food is worth the wait (service is a bit slow, though!). We ordered 5 different grilled dishes—all were amazing, no regrets! Here’s what we devoured: 🐑 Roasted Lamb ($22.99) – Dish of the day! Tender, fragrant, and fall-off-the-bone delicious. Tastes like it’s straight from a lamb pilaf! 🍚✨ 🥩 Beef Kebab ($17.99) – Huge portions of grilled beef served with spicy onions, tomatoes, mild bell peppers, and rice. They flambéed it at the table—so cool! 🔥 🐑 Lamb Kebab ($17.99) – Ordered two of these! Less aromatic than the roasted lamb but still hearty and flavorful. Same sides as the beef. 🍗 Tavuk Kebab ($16.99) – Grilled chicken legs and wings with BBQ sauce and fries. Feels more American-style but tasty! 🍑 Peach Bruschetta ($8.99) – Superb appetizer! Sweet peaches, creamy cheese, and crispy shortbread—a perfect combo! 😋 🍮 Baklava ($11.99) – Added this dessert later. Layers of phyllo pastry with nuts and syrup—too sweet for our taste after the brilliant bruschetta.
