Tried this pho spot twice now — and I’m impressed! 🎯 The broth is a bit lighter compared to Saigon Noodles on Odana Rd, but the ingredients are super fresh and tasty. The beef, tendon, and tripe are all wonderfully tender and full of flavor! 🐮💫 🍲 What I’ve tried so far: 🌟 #123 (Cooked Beef & Tendon Pho) The tendon is the star here — soft, slightly sweet, and melt-in-your-mouth tender with just the right amount of bounce. Perfect for those who like it well-cooked but still textured! 🌟 #129 (Classic Pho Dac Biet / Train Pho) Packed with all kinds of beef and offal — super generous portion!
