I’ve been to Sushi Express twice recently—here’s my take! The Unagi Don ($14) is a full set that comes with a bowl of miso soup and a small salad. 🍚🐟 The portion is generous, and the eel is tender and flavorful. The miso soup is also packed with ingredients—absolutely loved it! ❤️ As for the sushi, I tried their signature Rainbow Roll, along with some small rolls (cucumber and classic California). The special sushi sets are around $12-14 for 8 pieces. 🍱💫 For the small rolls: 2 rolls: $9 3 rolls: $13 The California roll was delicious! 👍 The cucumber roll was just okay—nothing special, but not bad either. 📍 Location: Right next to A8 China (see pinned location!).
