Mariposa, which means "butterfly" in Spanish, welcomes guests with a beautiful butterfly sculpture at the entrance 🦋. Located in Sedona, Arizona, this restaurant was the hidden gem of our trip! It was even named one of America’s Top 100 Most Romantic Restaurants in 2024 💖—perfect for a date night or a special travel stop. You can choose to sit indoors or outdoors—both offer stunning views of the red rocks 🏜️. Reservations are recommended; we booked just 30 minutes ahead for a Monday lunch. Though it’s a fine dining restaurant, the dress code is resort casual 👖👕—jeans and shorts are acceptable, just avoid overly athletic or beach-style clothing. Best of all—the food is delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced! 🎉 We ordered: 🥃 A classic Whiskey Sour 🦐 Ceviche loaded with fresh shrimp 🍔 A juicy beef burger 🌮 Fish tacos with incredibly fresh ingredients Every dish was a hit—no regrets at all!
