Memorable Meals in Rome 🍝

🧡 Osteria de Fortunata We had to queue, but our table for three was ready in about 15 minutes. The highlight was watching the pasta-making demonstration inside the restaurant. 🥩We tried the Carbonara—the seasoning was delicious, though the pasta was slightly firmer than expected (perhaps an Italian preference!). Their hand-painted tableware was so charming that we visited two other branches just to buy their cups. 🥯 Restorante Le Tre Sorelle This one isn’t in Rome but in the charming town of Positano. We had an incredible seafood risotto here. 🥣The restaurant’s name means "The Three Sisters," and we even received adorable illustrated postcards of the founders after our meal. 🍵 Eataly: Mission accomplished: eating at Eataly in Italy! The tuna pasta was absolutely heartwarming. 🍺 Mama Eat - Roma Vaticano: A random find when we were tired from exploring. Their mushroom pasta was delicious. 🍹 REbasilico: Another spontaneous choice. The duck pasta was exceptionally flavorful. 🍊I didn’t fully appreciate the magic of gelato on this trip, but when we were starving, we tried Jiamo Lab—and it was truly satisfying! #ItalianCuisine #RomeTravel #ItalyTravel
