Both the top and bottom are pan-fried to a crispy finish, with a distinct buttery aroma inside. 2️⃣ Signature Garlic Bread: The garlic cheese bread 🥖 is also incredibly fragrant. It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and once you take a bite, the flavors of garlic and cheese intertwine in your mouth, making it irresistible! 3️⃣ Prime Delmonico: Among the main courses, the salmon is average, but the steak 🥩 is exceptionally delicious. We ordered the 45-day dry-aged Prime Delmonico, which is a 16oz cut suitable for two people to share. The marbling and texture of the entire piece are well-balanced, and the special sauce is very fragrant.
