Michelin Chef Collaboration Breakfast Sandwich — Eden 🥪✨
Since Eden moved from West Loop, I haven’t visited as often. But I was in the area recently and stopped for brunch — and noticed something special on the menu: a breakfast sandwich created in collaboration with Jake, the chef from Michelin-starred Feld! Of course, I had to try it. 🥪 The collab breakfast sandwich — crispy croissant, fried egg, bacon, and creamy goat cheese. Perfectly woke up my weekend mood 😌 Jake said he’d been wanting to make breakfast items, and when Eden’s chef proposed the collab, he happily agreed: “At least I don’t have to clean up croissant crumbs in my own kitchen.” 🥪 Eden’s Avocado Toast – Unlike places that prep veggies in advance, Eden sources from their own garden and local Chicago farms. Everything is freshly cut — crisp and flavorful. All breakfasts come with a choice of salad or fruit bowl. We got one of each — rare to find perfectly ripe fruit in a U.S. restaurant fruit bowl, let alone Asian pears! 🥪 Apple Matcha Latte – Light, natural apple aroma (not artificial flavoring) — loved it. 🥪 Açaí Juice to-go – With cold season here and lots of sniffles around, a little extra Vitamin C never hurts 💪 Even after the move, the vibe remains similar to the original West Loop spot — still a cozy weekend brunch hangout. Jake’s sandwich is likely a limited-time item, so try it soon! 📍 Eden 2734 W Roscoe St, Chicago, IL 60618 #EdenChicago #MichelinCollab #BrunchGoals #BreakfastSandwich #ChicagoEats #FarmToTable
