Spent the weekend checking out this cozy spot in DC— 📍 Chloe 🥦 Caramelized Cauliflower A signature dish—fried cauliflower coated in cream with a tangy sauce. Not too heavy, and the flavors balance really well! 👌✨ 🐮 Lemongrass Flat Iron Steak Felt like a very Asian-inspired flavor to me! The base resembles stir-fried noodles with a slight sweetness. The steak itself was decent—though it’s not a dedicated steakhouse, after all. 🥩🍜 🐟 Forgot the Name Salmon served with fresh veggies—a solid, fail-safe combo that tasted great! 🥬🍣 🍫 Chocolate Hazelnut Cake Dessert was sea salt caramel ice cream with a molten chocolate cake—so delicious! 🍨💖 A bit sweet if eaten alone, but perfect for sharing between two people. Portions are on the smaller side, so two people can try a nice variety of dishes! 🥘👭 Reservations are recommended. They have both indoor and outdoor seating—we’d booked outdoors but arrived early and got moved inside thanks to availability.
