Michelin-Starred Omakase Yume — Spring Return 🌸

Haven’t been to Yume in almost two months — been traveling a lot lately!😍💕 With warmer weather, the starter changed from chawanmushi to octopus salad — tender octopus legs over slippery seaweed, reminiscent of seaweed soup from home. The rest of the nigiri lineup felt familiar — no major seasonal shifts. Though I must say, chef Sangtae’s knife skills keep improving ✂️.
