Mountain Sun Pub: A Culinary Gem in Boulder

😝The pub at the corner of Pearl Street feels like a microcosm of Boulder—rustic wooden beams adorned with vintage kerosene lamps, brick walls plastered with posters of local bands,🎈 and an atmosphere always filled with the aroma of malt and the soulful notes of blues music. 📷When our family of four visited on a Saturday noon, we happened to catch their farm-fresh ingredient day. 📷They offer an excellent and extensive menu for everyone. The bison burger patty was thick and juicy, served with caramelized onions and Colorado's specialty cheddar cheese. My daughter, mimicking the elderly gentleman at the next table, stuck fries on top of her burger .😋 The vegetarian burrito was stuffed with roasted bell peppers and black beans, 🥙its sauce carrying the smoky aroma of chili peppers. 🍺The menu also features a wide selection of burgers and six different types of grilled cheese sandwiches.
