This might be one of the top American-style bakeries I’ve ever tried! Lots of U.S. bakeries are pretty average — even those specializing in croissants often only do those well. But Evergreen Butcher + Bakery here in Atlanta is a rare gem — consistently excellent across the board ✨ Here’s what I’ve tried so far: 🥐 Croissants, cakes, pies, and other pastries — all delicious! Great aroma, perfect layers, and totally crave-worthy 😋 🍔 Their weekend-only burger was just okay though — hearty but not mind-blowing. Overall, highly recommended!
