Must-Try Seafood Tower in Charleston, SC 🦞
Fleet Landing Restaurant & Bar – a waterfront gem with 10,000+ Google reviews yet surprisingly underrated on! My friend and I were so impressed we decided to share our experience. 🏞️ Ambiance The restaurant resembles a yacht docked by the pier, surrounded by water on three sides – gorgeous views, especially at sunset! Dinner reservations fill fast, but only window seats require booking. We walked in and were seated in just 2–3 minutes! ⚡ 🦪 Seafood Tower – $70 for Two A stunning platter featuring: Half-dozen fresh oysters 4 large shrimp 2–3 pre-cracked crab claws Half a lobster 🧁 Crab Dip – Essentially a deconstructed crab cake served with three cracker types: salty butterfly crackers, sweet and neutral soda crackers – all paired perfectly with the rich crab flavor. 🐟 Tartare – Marinated yellowfin tuna with crispy wonton strips and a hint of jalapeño. Savory, slightly spicy, and totally addictive! 🦪 Oyster Flight Our server thoughtfully offered four regional oysters (we added a half-dozen to the tower), ranging from sweet to briny – each bursting with fresh ocean flavor. 🦀 Highlights The pre-cracked crab claws with house sauce were sweet and succulent. The shrimp and lobster were exceptionally fresh – firm, juicy, and flavorful. 🍮 Dessert We ended with Vanilla Crème Brûlée – smooth and pleasant, though not extraordinary. A gentle finish to a fantastic meal. 💬 Final Thoughts Fleet Landing offers great seafood, efficient service, and beautiful views – definitely worth the visit! #FleetLanding #CharlestonSeafood #SeafoodTower #WaterfrontDining #OysterLover #LowcountryCuisine #FoodieReview #CharlestonEats
