Must-Visit Hidden Japanese Spot: Sushi Sono š£š
Tucked away by the famous Lake Kittamaqundi in Columbia, thereās a quiet and low-key Japanese gemāSushi Sono. Since itās not facing the main street, the vibe is super peaceful. Sitting by the window overlooking the lake is absolutely chill~ š The interior is beautifully decorated, and the servers even wear traditional kimonos! š After your meal, you can swing by the nearby Whole Foods for groceries or take a stroll in Bailey Parkāa perfect day! šæ Iāve passed by this spot every time I went to Whole Foods or Bailey Parkāfinally got to try it! This time we ordered the super generous Sushi & Roll Boat (menu in pic 4)āthe sashimi and sushi were incredibly fresh, nothing disappointed! Especially the avocado + eel rollāpure satisfaction in every bite š¤¤. We also tried the Nabe Yaki Udon (clear soup udon) and beef teriyaki, both delicious. After dinner, we stepped outside to a big, round moonāMid-Autumn Festival is just around the corner š~ š Name: Sushi Sono š Address: 10215 Wincopin Cir, Columbia, MD 21044 ⨠Recommend: Must-try their sushi/sashimi!
