My Favorite Pork Belly & Chicken Hotpot in Chicago π²
Wentworth Seafood House πππππ A few years ago, I ordered their Pork Belly & Chicken Hotpot for delivery and remembered it being super delicious β just a bit spicy. This time, dining in, I asked for less Sichuan peppercorns. Their hotpot also includes tofu skin and radish, making the broth even more fragrant and rich! (Though I still think they could go easier on the peppercorns ππΆοΈ.) The Dry-Fried Beef Ho Fun was also amazing! I donβt eat it often, but theirs wasnβt oily at all. The beef slices were tender, the seasoning was just right, and the three of us finished the whole plate ππ. The Steamed Barramundi, in comparison, fell a bit short. It wasnβt very flavorful, and the fish was slightly overcooked.
