My First Indian Buffet Experience! 🇮🇳

Honestly, I couldn’t even name half the dishes at the buffet – but everything looked and smelled amazing! 😄 Of course, there was curry – and lots of it! Different styles of chicken curry, lamb curry, veggie curry… you name it! 🍗🐑🌿 🧆 They also had the classic pani puri (Indian crispy hollow puffs) – so fun to eat! 😚 🥭 The desserts were a real surprise! One looked like creamy vermicelli pudding (I think it was seviyan?) – no idea what it’s called, but it was delicious! 🍮 🍦 And the ice cream… unbelievably smooth and rich!
